The scale of production and sales will reach a record 30 million tons. In the next 10 years or so, my country’s stainless steel production and sales scale is expected to reach a new peak of 80 million pieces. The subdivision of chemical stainless steel varieties is more clear.
At this conference, the “green” and “environmental protection” labels of stainless steel attracted extensive attention from the guests. It is understood that stainless steel, as a special functional material that can be recycled and reused, has a life cycle 3-5 times that of ordinary steel. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and beautiful appearance. Fields such as transportation have been more widely recognized and applied.
Green and low carbon is the basic content of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Especially in the era of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality”, stainless steel-based green buildings have basically formed a system with clear goals and policy support. It is expected that within 3 to 5 years, stainless steel roofing and roofing panels will become the largest increase in the expansion of stainless steel applications due to their special advantages and appearance effects throughout the life cycle, and it is expected to form a market production and sales scale of more than 10 million tons.
